Alongside my nursing career, I\u2019ve always felt drawn to mystical subjects and the mysteries of life after death.<\/span><\/h2><p><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman';\">In 2014, my life changed dramatically when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Over the following months, I underwent four operations, including a double mastectomy. This difficult chapter led me to question the meaning of life more deeply and inspired me to begin exploring different healing paths.<\/span><\/p><p><\/p><p><strong><span style=\"font-family:'TimesNewRomanPS-BoldMT';\">\u2728 Exploring Alternative Healing<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p><\/p><p><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman';\">My search for deeper meaning took me through many practices. I completed Reiki levels 1 and 2, although I never felt fully connected to it. I became fascinated with crystals, Tarot, sound healing, aromatherapy, and energy work, while also starting a regular practice of meditation and journaling.<\/span><\/p><p><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman';\">Each of these gave me something valuable, yet I still felt I hadn\u2019t quite found the path that truly resonated with me.<\/span><\/p><p><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman';\">In 2021, I discovered Qi Gong, and it was life-changing. For the first time, I felt alive and deeply connected to my own energy. Then, in May 2023, after years of searching, I came across Bio Energy Healing. The moment I experienced it, I knew in my heart I had finally found what I was looking for.<\/span><\/p><p><\/p><p><strong><span style=\"font-family:'TimesNewRomanPS-BoldMT';\">\ud83c\udf0d The Origins of Bio Energy<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p><\/p><p><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman';\">Bio Energy is an energy healing technique that works to balance the body\u2019s energy systems, supporting physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.<\/span><\/p><p><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman';\">The idea of a vital energy flowing through and around the body is not new.
